Founded in 2004 in Encino by husband-and-wife team Dr. Dwight Hiscox and RN Judy Hiscox, FlashLaser is a family-owned medical aesthetics practice dedicated to personalized care, safety, and natural-looking results. We provide customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique skin and hair goals. At FlashLaser, we value long-term relationships and take pride in helping every patient look and feel their best with the same care and attention we would give our own family.
Bryan Hiscox, MD
MD, MBA, FAAD
Dr. Bryan Hiscox, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who has been practicing dermatology since 2016. He is a graduate of Princeton University and earned his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine. During his medical training at UCLA, Dr. Hiscox also completed an MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, bringing a unique combination of clinical expertise and healthcare leadership training to his practice. Dr. Hiscox currently resides and practices in Houston, Texas, and provides monthly patient visits at Flash Laser Aesthetics, where he contributes to dermatology and aesthetic care services.
Dwight Hiscox, MD
MD, ANES
Dr. Dwight Hiscox, M.D. is a board-certified anesthesiologist and psychiatrist. He graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He is a founding member of Flash Laser Aesthetics, established in 2004. Dr. Hiscox brings extensive clinical experience across medical and wellness-based care. In addition to his work in aesthetic medicine at Flash Laser Aesthetics, he also provides hyperbaric medicine treatments at Adventist Medical Center in Glendale, California. With a strong background in both hospital-based and outpatient care, Dr. Hiscox is committed to delivering safe, medically guided treatments and supporting a wide range of patient needs.
Judy Hiscox, RN
RN, BSN
Judy Gamboa Hiscox is a native of Arcadia, California, and received her professional training and clinical experience through Loma Linda University. She is a co-founder of Flash Laser Aesthetics, established in 2004 alongside her husband, Dr. Dwight Hiscox, M.D. With extensive experience in aesthetic care, Judy specializes in a range of non-surgical cosmetic and skin treatments, including laser hair removal, acne management, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, Botox treatments, and medical-grade facials. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking skin through personalized treatment plans and advanced aesthetic technologies.
Alex Sinclair
Office Coordinator
Alex Sinclair earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing her Master's degree. She manages marketing and social media for FlashLaser while overseeing front desk operations, including scheduling and vendor relationships. Alex joined the FlashLaser team in 2024 and plays an important role in delivering a seamless client experience and supporting the practice's continued growth.
Isabella Gevorkyan
Medical Assistant
Isabella Gevorkyan is a Biology student pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant. While completing her undergraduate degree, she works part-time to gain patient care experience. Her passion for helping others, combined with a strong commitment to learning and professional growth, drives her goal of providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Through both academic and hands-on experiences, she continues to build a strong foundation for a successful career as a healthcare provider.
